Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour if they haven’t been processed.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 2 days if the product is unused and in original condition.
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.
